Return and Exchange policy

We try our best to satisfy our trusty and precious customers on every expect we could. We here at ShopsKart Try to handpick and pack each and every product at our warehouse. Still, if you got something that is not mentioned in the product description and pictures then you can easily return or exchange the products. Please check the eligibility of exchange or return.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items should be under the time periods allowed, Right now the products are eligible for return till 7 days of receiving the product. after 7 days there would be no process for return or exchange.
  • The item should be unused and unworn. Should be completely In the state of receiving.
  • Freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If possible keep the packaging safe.

1. Can I return any product on

You may request returns for most items you buy on that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

  • Product price lower than 200 is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be in receiving condition.
  • The poster is a non-refundable item.
  1. Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

3. Can I return the product after 7 days.?

As far as the company policy there is no way to return or exchange after 7 days.

After receiving the product keep the bill and packaging safe.

If you found ant fault in the product, message us at our WhatsApp number so that your issue could be resolved faster.

  • Picture of the product.
  • Picture of the bill.
  • The issue in the product.
  • Registered Email id and address.

The process we follow at our end.

  • After receiving all the details our customer support executive will come in contact with you within 24hours. And will take some other information.
  • If we found your request real and genuine, we will raise a ticket for return/exchange and refund.
  • The refund will be transferred to you in the form of the coupon on your registered Email id.
